Shipping & Delivery
Where does SOLBANA ship?
The destinations and shipping methods currently available for your order are confirmed at checkout based on your delivery address. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for your destination, SOLBANA is not currently able to accept delivery to that address.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after dispatch varies by destination, service, parcel weight, customs processing, carrier networks and peak periods. Use the estimate displayed at checkout as the most relevant guide for your order. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping charges can vary by destination, service, quantity and parcel weight. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout before payment.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we will send it after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to begin showing movement.
Returns & Refunds
What is the return window?
You may request a change-of-mind return for eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must meet the eligibility conditions in our Returns & Refunds policy.
How do I request a return?
Email support@solbana.com with your order number and the item you want to return. Please wait for return instructions before sending the item back.
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Your rights for faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods are not limited by our change-of-mind rules, including rights that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
Sizing & Fit
How do I choose a size?
Check the size information and fit notes on the relevant product page. Fit can vary between styles, so product-specific guidance should be used wherever available.
Are all SOLBANA fabrics the same?
No. Fabric composition, stretch, compression and feel can vary by style. Refer to the relevant product page for the most accurate material and care information.
Care
How should I care for my activewear?
Always follow the care label supplied with the garment. Unless the garment label says otherwise, gentle cold washing, washing with similar colours and air drying can help preserve activewear. Product-specific instructions take priority.

Which payment methods are available?

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided with your order. If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder and then contact us.
