Already placed your SOLBANA order? Use the tracking details sent after dispatch to follow its journey.
How tracking works
When tracking is available, SOLBANA sends a dispatch confirmation containing your tracking information. Carrier tracking can take 24–48 hours after dispatch to begin showing movement.
Order still processing?
Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. During launches, public holidays and peak promotional periods, processing may take longer.
Tracking has not updated
Carrier scans are not always continuous. A parcel can move between facilities before the next scan appears. If your tracking has not updated for a significant period or your parcel appears materially delayed, contact us so we can assist.
Split shipments
Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. If an order is split, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and the parcels may arrive at different times.
