These Terms & Conditions apply when you access solbana.com, purchase from SOLBANA or otherwise use our online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies linked below.
1. About SOLBANA
SOLBANA is an online activewear retailer. Customer support is available at support@solbana.com.
2. Orders
When you place an order, you are offering to purchase the items in your cart at the price shown at checkout. An order is not guaranteed until it has been accepted and processed. We may cancel or decline an order where reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment failure, obvious pricing errors or product availability issues. If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded.
3. Pricing, currency and payment
Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout. Currency, taxes, shipping charges and other applicable amounts may vary by destination. Where a price or promotional offer is displayed incorrectly due to a genuine technical or human error, we may correct the error before fulfilling the order and will give you an appropriate option where required by law.
4. Product information
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colour may vary slightly between screens and production batches. Sizing and fit can vary by style, so please review the product information and our Size & Fit Guide before ordering.
5. Shipping and delivery
Available shipping methods, charges and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where available. Orders may be fulfilled by international partners. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise. See our Shipping & Delivery page for current information.
6. International duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or local handling fees depending on the destination and the shipping method selected. Where these amounts are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient. See Duties, Taxes & International Orders.
7. Returns, refunds and consumer rights
Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Returns & Refunds policy. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights that may apply under Australian Consumer Law where relevant.
8. Promotions and discount codes
Promotions may be subject to additional terms, dates, exclusions, minimum spends or availability limits. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other offers. We may withdraw or correct a promotion where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The SOLBANA name, branding, original website content, graphics, photographs, copy and other materials on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes only. You must not reproduce, republish, sell or commercially exploit our protected material without permission.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, scrape content in a way that breaches applicable law or use the site for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
11. Third-party services
